The team

How SWITCH started

It started with two girls, one unexpected connection, and a simple question: What if you could try a career before choosing it?

Fozila and Visola met at SheLeads Uzbekistan, where they were put into a team for their final project. Fozila wanted to work on children's rights. Visola's focus was safety. Different ideas — but close enough to start something together.

Then came the real challenge: their team members slowly left. One by one, it became just Fozila and Visola.

"What if girls didn't have to choose a career before knowing what it actually feels like?"

That question became SWITCH — a space where girls can step into different careers, meet real professionals, try real skills, and discover what truly feels right for them.
